SIWOW1 intelligent universal circuit breakers
SIWOW1 universal circuit breakers (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers) are applicable for the distribution network of AC50HZ, with rated operation voltage of 400V, 690V, and rated operating current 6,300A and below, for distributing electric energy and protecting the circuit and power supply equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, ground connection and other damages. The circuit breakers, adopting intelligent controller with precise selective protection and multi-functions, have complete protection functions and are especially suitable for power distribution network which needs to improve power supply reliability and avoid unnecessary power failure. Of which, the PT40-2H/PT40-3H intelligent controller, with communication interface, is convenient to be connected to the field bus and can realize remote functions of "remote measurement", "remote adjustment", "remote control", and "remote communication", so as to meet the requirements of automated control. To configure leakage mutual inductor and the matched intelligent controller can also realize electric leakage protection. The impulse withstand voltage of circuit breakers at an altitude of 2000m can reach 8kV (to correct of the same altitude according to the standard, 12kV at most).
The circuit breakers of 1,000A or below (rated operating current) can protect the motor from overload, short circuit , under voltage and ground fault in the network of AC50Hz and 400 V, and can use for infrequent starting of the motor under normal
Ambient air temperature should be not higher than +40℃, and the average temperature within 24h should be not higher than +35℃. The lower limit of ambient air temperature is -5℃.
Note: For using under ambient air temperature of higher than +40℃ or lower than -5℃, users should negotiate with the manufacturer.
The altitude of installation site should be not higher than 2,000 m.
When the maximum temperature is +40℃, the relative humidity of air should be not higher than 50%, and a higher relative humidity is allowed at a lower temperature. For instance, it can reach 90% at 20℃. Special measures should be taken to cope with the condensation due to temperature change occasionally.
The pollution degree is Level 3.
The circuit breakers are installed in the cabinet with door frame. The protection class can reach IP40.
Use class is B
The installation class of main circuit of circuit breakers, undervoltage trip coils, and the primary coil of power transformer is IV; and the installation class of the rest of the auxiliary circuits and control circuits is III.
The vertical angle of installation should be not more than 5°.
Transportation and storage condition: -25℃- +55℃, up to +70℃ in a short period of time (within 24 h).
